Rainy Night Encounter Retro Phone

15 seconds, 9:16 vertical screen, deliberately mimicking low-quality mobile phone video recording, handheld POV, high noise + motion blur + digital compression distortion + timestamp watermark (top left corner, 2007 style), 0-5 seconds: Handheld, following shot from behind of a girl in a rainy night [Image 1], overall image quality deliberately aged -- like shot on a 2007 Nokia, but the protagonist herself is stunning, oversized thick sweater, neon wet ground reflection, details all in the contrast difference; 5-9 seconds: She stops and looks back, delayed focus from blurry to sharp, looking directly at the lens, expression changes from dazed to a light smile, casual, sweet, and soft; walks closer to the lens, tucking wet hair behind the ear; 9-13 seconds: She leans down to get close to the lens, pokes the camera with a finger -- the image instantly shows blur and vibration caused by touch -- then steps back two steps, hands in pockets, looking at you slightly smugly under neon backlight; 13-15 seconds: She turns and walks into the rainy night, takes two steps and stops, does not look back, just raises one hand and waves, then disappears into the neon rain and fog, lens stays on the empty street for 2 seconds, digital noise slowly eats up the frame. Sound effects: Urban rain ambient noise throughout + slight electrical current background noise sounding like internal phone recording, ambient sound fades out at the end. Prohibited: Subtitles, external watermarks (except timestamp), any modern UI elements
