Frozen Alien Crystalline Transformation

A lone astronaut in a standard spacesuit lands on a frozen exoplanet covered in endless glaciers under a dim blue sun. Slow cinematic shot: he removes his helmet, cold vapor fills the air, his skin gradually turns translucent and crystalline, veins glow icy blue, body develops thick insulating blubber and frost-like scales, eyes become multifaceted like ice crystals, until he becomes a graceful ice-adapted humanoid gliding across the surface. Ultra-realistic, slow transformation, dramatic lighting.
